In Sevastopol, from August 22 to 25, annual August pedagogical readings are held. As part of the work of specialized (thematic) sections, subject teachers, heads of educational institutions and methodologists sum up the results of the past academic year and set goals for the new academic year in accordance with the federal agenda.
Today, teachers of mathematics, computer science, geography, biology, physics and chemistry have gathered at the Ecotech + school.
The August Pedagogical Conference is an event when you can analyze successes, share experience and move forward with renewed vigor. It is especially important to remember to thank our teachers and mentors. We are talking about the prestigious status of a teacher and the support of our teachers — this is a certain charge of positive emotions and good mood, which is especially important on the eve of the new academic year, when our teachers will return to their jobs with renewed vigor and will teach our children— said the Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Igor Mikheev.
On the first day of readings, the educational location “Knowledge” works, within its framework, teachers took part in master classes from experienced colleagues, discussed the creation of a unified educational environment and listened to interesting speeches.
Today we are opening the August pedagogical readings, which are dedicated to the implementation of the project «School of the Ministry of Education of Russia: the unity of approaches to teaching and education.» This event is very important, as we give teachers goals for the next academic year, discuss important, key issues related to new educational standards, educational programs, and so on. Everything related to important documents in the work of the teacher will be discussed today at the plenary session and during the work of the sections— explained the rector of the Institute for the Development of Education of Sevastopol Inna Getmanskaya.
The result of the work of today’s location will be the development and compilation of a roadmap of activities for students.
This event determines the direction of the work of all teachers of the city, the project «School of the Ministry of Education of Russia: unity of approaches to teaching and education» is very promising and will certainly give results if all levels and all project participants are properly organized. Everything you need is there: staff, conditions, and most importantly, students and parents are waiting. It is required to professionally approach the solution of issues, to find new approaches, non-standard solutions that have a scientific basis— emphasized the participant of the event, the head of the center for information and methodological support in subject areas of the Institute for the Development of Education of Sevastopol Anna Levina.
In total this year, the August readings include seven educational locations: Knowledge, Health, Education, Creativity, Career Guidance, School Climate and Educational Environment.
