Authorities and the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation are working out ways of cooperation

In Sevastopol, a meeting of the interdepartmental commission on support for participants in a special military operation was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor Alexander Kulagin. The meeting was attended by directors of departments and heads of departments, head of the regional fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» Elena Anisimova, head of the Committee of families of soldiers of the Fatherland Victoria Tupchanenko.
Today, our priority task is the centralization of work and comprehensive support for the participants in the special operation and their families. We must constantly combine efforts and adjust interaction in such a way as to provide assistance and support to the maximum number of applicants— quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Alexander Kulagin.
The participants of the meeting discussed a number of issues related to the interaction of the branch of the state fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» in Sevastopol with state authorities, relevant departments and public organizations, as well as issues of re-equipping the fund’s premises with the necessary equipment and technology.
The Foundation has entered into a number of cooperation agreements with state authorities. Work in this direction continues, in the near future it is planned to conclude such agreements with all departments. In addition, the branch has already concluded cooperation agreements with the Committee of the Fatherland Warriors’ Families, the Sevastopol Bar Association, the Sevastopol Notary Chamber and the Sevastopol Regional Branch of the Russian Bar Association. Thanks to all these agreements, visitors to the branch will be able to receive professional legal assistance free of charge— says Elena Anisimova.
In addition, the head of the Naval Clinical Hospital, Vladislav Murynin, took part in the meeting of the commission. He answered a number of questions accumulated by the fund’s specialists. In particular, he spoke about the categories of military personnel eligible for treatment in the hospital, about prosthetics and rehabilitation of military personnel.
We have already established work and interaction with the fund, so for each individual case I am ready to meet with employees and give advice— notes Vladislav Murynin.
Recall that the state fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» has been working throughout Russia since June 1. During the first month, the Sevastopol branch received more than 250 applications.
