CrimeaPRESS reports:
The autumn conscription for military service continues in Sevastopol. Traditionally, it takes place twice a year — from April 1 to July 15 and from October 1 to December 31. Young men between the ages of 18 and 30 will be sent to compulsory military service.
The duration of military service, as before, will be 12 months. Some conscripts will be sent to military training units, where the training period will be five months. They will master modern military equipment and receive a military specialty. Upon completion of training with the acquired skills, they will be sent to the troops. The events of both the past and the upcoming conscription are in no way related to the conduct of a special military operation. Citizens called up for service will not be involved in a special military operation.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the military commissar of Sevastopol, Colonel Vitaly Sultanov.
He emphasized that all conscripts will be sent to the points of deployment of formations and military units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and other formations on the territory of the Russian Federation.
