Bailiffs collected a debt for water supply from an enterprise from the city of Saki. Acted through the seizure of property
CrimeaPRESS reports:
For the full implementation of its activities, the enterprise needs not only financial, but also energy resources. You can get them from the state according to the established tariffs. In a number of cases, in an effort to optimize their costs, some entrepreneurs try to build a scheme for the consumption of utilities in an illegal way and remain unnoticed by justice.
The management of one of the enterprises in the city of Saki decided to resort to a similar tactic, which arbitrarily connected to the city’s centralized water supply and sanitation system, and used utility services without payment for a certain time. This fact was established and in the future, the representatives of the enterprise had to answer for their actions in court — according to the court decision, the company was obliged to pay a debt totaling 1 million 200 thousand rubles. However, representatives of the enterprise were in no hurry to pay for the consumed utilities, and as a result, enforcement proceedings were initiated against them in the bailiffs department for the city of Saki and the Saki district of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. But even then the management of the debtor company did not change its attitude towards its debt obligations. In order to induce the enterprise to repay the debt for water supply, the bailiffs applied enforcement measures to it, namely, they issued a decision to foreclose on the debtor’s funds held in a banking institution. Knowing this, the management of the company continued to evade payment of debt on utility bills.— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
In this connection, the employees of the department of bailiffs for the city of Saki and the Saki district of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol carried out a visit to the address of the registration of the enterprise, where during the inspection they revealed the property belonging to it: refrigerators and freezers, in respect of which the court The bailiffs immediately drew up an act of arrest. After that, the bailiffs warned the representatives of the debtor company that the arrested household appliances would be evaluated and sold as payment for the existing debt. Realizing the seriousness of the situation and not wanting to part with the equipment he needed, the company’s management found the necessary amount and promptly repaid the debt in full by transferring funds to the branch’s deposit account. Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution.
