Bailiffs in Simferopol recovered wage debts worth 8 million rubles from an energy company
CrimeaPRESS reports:
One of the energy companies in Simferopol did not pay 66 of its employees wages totaling 8 million rubles.
In this connection, the bailiff department in the Zheleznodorozhny district of Simferopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol received 66 enforcement proceedings for compulsory execution, according to which the debtor was obliged to pay off the accumulated debts to his labor collective voluntarily within the prescribed period . However, the company was in no hurry to fulfill its debt obligations.
In order to encourage the management of the enterprise to pay wage arrears, the branch bailiff arrested the bank accounts of the enterprise, foreclosed on the receivables and imposed a ban on registration actions with the property belonging to the debtor — 4 units of vehicles. The enforcement measures taken by the bailiff had the desired effect on the debtor’s representatives and soon the company repaid the unpaid wages in full— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
