Bailiffs of Sevastopol: compulsory work contributed to the restoration of family relations
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the Leninsky branch of bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for Sevastopol, there was an enforcement document for the recovery of alimony from a citizen in favor of his minor daughter in the amount of about 30 thousand rubles.
The father of a minor child, on the basis of a court decision, is obliged to pay alimony for his maintenance. Despite this, the citizen, being able to work, did not pay alimony for more than 2 months without a good reason, did not take measures for official employment, preferring casual earnings, did not pay alimony from the income received, did not execute the court decision. The bailiff, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of a minor, drew up a protocol against the debtor on bringing him to administrative responsibility under Article 5. 35. 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Non-payment of funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents ). As a punishment, he was appointed by the court hours of compulsory work in the management company , the press service of the department notes.
This compulsory execution measure affected the citizen and he revised his life priorities, took measures to find employment and restore family relations with the mother of the child, who after some time turned to the bailiff — the executor with a request to withdraw the application for the payment of alimony, due to the fact that the spouses decided to reunite the family.
