Bailiffs recovered from a resident of Sudak material damage and alimony debt in the amount of 552 thousand rubles

CrimeaPRESS reports:

A resident of Sudak for a long time did not make alimony payments for the maintenance of his two minor daughters and, thereby, accumulated a debt to them totaling 494 thousand rubles.

In addition, citizen O. was also obliged to pay citizen V. the balance for material damage in the amount of 58 thousand rubles. The resident of Sudak was in no hurry to pay off his debts even after the court decisions, and very soon the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Sudak of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against him, which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings. The debtor was also indifferent to the legal demands of the enforcement officer.

For untimely execution of a court decision, the bailiff issued a ruling against citizen O. to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 68 thousand rubles. But even then the debtor did not draw the appropriate conclusions. In order to encourage citizen O. to repay existing debts, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Sudak of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol applied enforcement measures against the debtor, namely: the debtor was temporarily limited in the use of a special right in in the form of the right to drive vehicles until the requirements of the executive document are fulfilled in full, and citizen O. was temporarily limited in the right to travel outside Russia and brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 5.35.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, according to which the court sentenced him to 70 hours of compulsory labor. In addition, the department’s bailiff seized the land plot owned by the debtor and handed it over for evaluation with a view to further sale.

However, citizen O. was in no hurry to meet the collectors. Only after the debtor learned that his land plot had passed the evaluation stage and would soon be put up for auction, he urgently found the necessary amount and paid off the existing debts, taking into account the execution fee, transferring the funds in full to the department’s deposit account. At the same time, citizen O. is not exempt from compulsory work and will serve it as a worker at one of the city’s public utility enterprises.
