Bailiffs recovered material damage from a resident of Simferopol through the seizure of a car

CrimeaPRESS reports:

A resident of Simferopol, while driving a vehicle, damaged the car of citizen K. and subsequently refused to compensate him for the damage.

Citizen K. filed a lawsuit and, according to the court decision, citizen T. was ordered to compensate the plaintiff for material damage in the amount of 192 thousand rubles. However, citizen T. was not going to do this, and soon the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Simferopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against him. In turn, the debtor chose to ignore the legal demands of the enforcement officer. For untimely execution of the court decision, the bailiff of the department issued a resolution against the debtor to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 15 thousand rubles. In addition, the bank accounts of citizen T. were arrested, and he himself was temporarily restricted in the right to travel outside of Russia. However, the measures taken by the bailiff did not have the necessary effect on the debtor, and soon he began to hide altogether,” noted the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

However, this tactic did not bring him success. Very soon, during a joint raid with traffic police officers, employees of the bailiff department for the city of Simferopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol identified the vehicle of citizen T. on the roads of the capital and immediately drew up an inventory of the arrest in relation to the car. The bailiff informed citizen T. that in case of refusal to pay for material damage, the seized car will be transferred for evaluation and sent for forced sale. Not wanting to lose his beloved vehicle, citizen T. found the necessary amount and on the same day paid the debt, taking into account the enforcement fee, in full, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiffs department.
