Bakhchisarai is in the top 10 popular mountain holiday destinations in the velvet season

The Russian service for booking hotels and apartments Tvil.ru has compiled a rating of the most popular resorts in the mountains for the velvet season.

In the list: the Main Caucasian Range, the Ural Mountains, the Kamchatka Volcanoes, the Krasnoyarsk Pillars, as well as the Crimean, Altai and Stavropol Mountains. According to Tvil.ru, tourists book active holidays in the mountains in early autumn from 2 to 8 nights and spend from 2.5 to 4.6 thousand rubles per day on accommodation. Earlier, the accommodation booking service reported that the demand for holidays in the velvet season increased by 67% relative to the same period last year , — reported in the press service of the service.

The list is based on bookings of hotels and apartments by tourists in August and September of the year.
