Balaklava Beach «Golden» want to rent for 20 years

The land (forest) plot with cadastral number 91: 01: 058001: 1067 with an area of 2.7 hectares in the Balaklava district want to find the tenant through auction.

Competition documentation was prepared on the basis of the order of the Department of Natural Resources and Ecology of Sevastopol dated July 11, 2025 “On an auction No. 10 for the right to conclude a lease agreement for a forest plot, in electronic form and approval of auction documentation”.

Judging by the public cadastral map, the “forest site” is the “gold” beach. It is offered to rent for 20 years. The initial price of the lot is 1.063 million rubles per rent per year, the auction step is 53.15 thousand.

The order of Severodriannadzor gives a reference to the provision on the state natural landscape reserve of regional significance «Cape Ayia». This is a specially protected natural area. It is interesting that in the list of places where in the reserve you can carry out “Equipment and laying of environmental tourist paths, the arrangement of tourist parking and camps, places of rest of the population and tourism, places for playing sports, physical culture, hiking, observations of nature, picnics, the creation and care of the beaches …”, the land plot is not listed for auction.

In 2025, the Zolotaya Beach was not included in the list of beach territories of Sevastopol. The competition for the search for the beach operator was not held, probably on the eve of the auction.
