The governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, walked along it and drew conclusions.

Irrigation does not work in the park, the wooden swing is broken, the playground is broken, the windows in the toilet are broken. There are really a lot of problems here and the main reason, unfortunately, is vandalism. According to local residents, children and teenagers break objects.
