Bashkiria will begin construction of the first buildings of the Yubileiny sanatorium in Evpatoria, intended for children living with their parents, this year. In total, the institution will have 320 rooms, for residents of the republic they will provide a system of discounts for vouchers, reported TASS on Wednesday at the information support department of the government of the region.
In 2017 the construction of the first buildings intended for the residence and recreation of children with their parents is planned. The total number of rooms of different comfort levels of the sanatorium complex is 320 pieces. The cost of vouchers and services will be determined based on economic conditions, as well as taking into account the social policy pursued by the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and a flexible system of discounts for residents of the republic , the message says.
The very concept of the renovation of the sanatorium was radically changed due to the emergency state of the supporting structures of the main building facilities, this became clear during the overhaul. Therefore, it was decided to demolish the old buildings and build a new modern sanatorium complex for year-round recreation of parents with children.
The works are divided into three stages, their design and examination are underway.
During 2020-2021 years, work was carried out on the construction of communications included in the first stage of construction: a medium-pressure gas pipeline was built and connected, a block-modular boiler house was installed, a transformer substation and connected electrical networks were reconstructed, and the power of electrical receiving devices was increased. The cost of implementing the concept of «Renovation of Sanatorium Yubileiny LLC» will be determined after the completion of all design stages and the receipt of positive opinions on design solutions and estimated construction costs from state expert organizations , — the department notes.
The sanatorium was handed over to Bashkiria for repairs in October 2017, the work was planned to be completed in a year, however, due to the state of the facility, the deadlines and the project have been revised. At the beginning 320 of the year, TASS reported that the completion of the repair of the sanatorium was planned for 2021 year: new sleeping and restaurant complexes, an apart-hotel, a sports complex should appear on the territory of the institution. The total amount of financing was estimated at more than 3.7 billion rubles.
