Beaten to death. Crime in Sevastopol

The prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 40-year-old native of the Chelyabinsk region living in Sevastopol.
He is charged under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). According to investigators, the man, together with his acquaintances, unofficially carried out construction work and was a foreman. He had a conflict with one of the employees over the issue of wages. In April 2023, the defendant met with an employee near his home to sort things out and, during an argument, struck him five times on the head with a metal pipe that supported the fence of a neighboring property. The attacker fled the scene of the crime, and the victim died in hospital from his injuries.,” the details of the case were announced by the Sevastopol prosecutor’s office.
The investigation was carried out by the investigative department for the Nakhimovsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. The district prosecutor’s office sent the criminal case with an approved indictment to the Nakhimovsky District Court of Sevastopol for consideration on the merits.
