Since February 2024, benefits and certain types of social payments established by the legislation of the city of Sevastopol have been indexed by 5.2%.
So, for example, the monthly cash payment to residents of besieged Sevastopol will be 4,055 rubles, benefits for single mothers will now be 4,047 rubles, monthly payments for a child under guardianship brought up in a foster family will increase by 1,170 rubles and amount to 23,651 rubles, and regional maternal capital will increase by 6,660 rubles and amount to 134,726 rubles— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the deputy head of the department for organizing social payments of the social security department of the department of labor and social protection Lyudmila Vorobyova.
In February, Sevastopol residents will receive all regional payments in new sizes. The recalculation was carried out automatically. It is important to note that regional maternity capital in the new amount will be received by applicants who submitted an application starting from February 1. The payment is provided within the framework of the regional project “Financial support for families at the birth of children” of the national project “Demography”.
