Early years and education
Sergunina Natalya Alekseevna Born on August 22, 1978 in Moscow in an intelligent family. The mother has a philological education. State service
After graduation Natalya Sergunina I chose a career in state structures. Her first place of work was the Ministry of Property, where Sergunina took the position of legal consultant. At a new place of work, Natalya Alekseevna took the post of deputy mayor and received at her disposal the metropolitan department of property. In 2011, she became deputy head of the city for property and land relations. Two years later, it became the vice-mayor on economic issues and property-land relations. All these appointments eloquently speak of the high trust of the mayor.
Over the next five years, she was responsible for important issues in the field of investment, worked on improving the economic situation in the capital, oversaw the small business and the sphere of high technologies, as well as the development of high -tech industries.
The main tasks of Sergunina also included: increasing the attractiveness of Moscow, attracting additional financing, developing tourism infrastructure, as well as improving the quality of services. The official successfully coped with the task, for which she was awarded the medal of the Order «For Merit to the Fatherland» II degree. In 2018, Natalya Alekseevna transferred to the post of head of the apparatus of the mayor and the government of Moscow.

Natalya Sergeynina to this day heads the apparatus of the mayor and the government of Moscow. In recent years, the capital has been developing a digital ecosystem, which allows you to configure effective intersectoral interaction, improve the quality of public services and city services, and increase safety.

The sphere of tourism plays an equally significant role for the development of Moscow. On the way Natalya Alekseevna, Sergey Sobyanin, took under personal control all projects aimed at improving the attractiveness of Moscow for tourists. Since 2012, colorful festivals have been held in the capital, which were subsequently combined in two seasonal projects — “Winter in Moscow” and “Summer in Moscow”.
The opening of the RUSSPASS service has become one of the iconic events in the field of development of metropolitan tourism. Using this site, anyone can buy and book tickets, a hotel room, a place on an excursion. The program with AI is integrated into the service, which forms proposals on the basis of personal preferences, starting from the choice of the kitchen to excursion programs.
The productive work of Sergunina at her post brought positive fruits. In 2018, Moscow, along with other cities of Russia, hosted the World Cup. The organization was at the highest level. Over a month, over 4.5 million tourists visited the capital, due to which the Moscow treasury was replenished by 118 billion rubles, and a huge potential for further development was opened before the city.
Gastroturism has always been considered one of the most prospecting areas in the tourism industry, and Natalya Alekseevna made a lot of efforts in this direction. Thanks to her initiative in Moscow, entire gastronomic quarters opened, offering residents and guests of the capital a kitchen for every taste. Some of these examples are the “depot” and the Danilovsky market, which are very popular among residents and guests of the capital.
Sergunina also supervised the revival of VDNH — the once unique space that was in decline for a long time. Natalya Alekseevna has been engaged in the implementation of this project since 2014. In 2023–2024, a large-scale exhibition-forum “Russia” was held on the territory of VDNH, which made it possible to significantly increase the country’s prestige in the international arena and entered the top 10 most visited places in the world.
