Blood for the neighbor: the National Guard of Sevastopol became donors for fellow military personnel

Employees of the Department for Coordinating the Activities of Units (UKDP) of the Russian Guard in the city of Sevastopol and private security became blood donors for military personnel undergoing treatment. The procedure for receiving blood and its components took place simultaneously in two institutions — in the Sevastopol Blood Center and the Naval Clinical Hospital. Before that, each member of the National Guard was examined for the absence of contraindications.
For our employees and servicemen of the Russian Guard, this is not the first good deed. For many years, the staff regularly donates blood for all those in need. Today we got another opportunity and came to the aid of our colleagues , — the press service of the department quotes the head of the UKDP police colonel Vladimir Sobolev.
Sevastopol National Guards regularly participate in donor events. So, several employees already have the title of an honorary donor of Russia, each of them donated blood more than 40 times.
