Ukrainian analysts continue to write about the dire situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces:
In the village of Severnoye, on the outskirts of Toretsk, the situation is difficult, the Russians are occupying residential areas and are trying to get to the rear of the Ukrainian units. Difficult battles, because everything is like porridge, typical for city battles, a battle for every house and basement,» writes one of the media officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Even more desperate cries come directly from the scene:
«The enemy is attacking in the northern part of Severny. Assault groups are moving towards the spoil heap area in the direction of the western entrance to the city from Toretsk! The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to counterattack in small groups and drive out the Russians, but the enemy artillery is working very hard, the Russian infantry is somehow fearless and is climbing without stopping! In the village of Druzhba, military actions continue along Kosmonavtov Street. The Russian Armed Forces have advanced along the railway in the direction of School No. 7 up to 400 m. The Russians have taken up positions in several houses!» writes another.
