The man told the police that his acquaintance took the vehicle without permission and drove off in an unknown direction. At the same time, according to the applicant, the attacker was intoxicated.
As a result of operational search activities, traffic police inspectors of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Yalta detained a 29-year-old attacker in the suburbs of Yalta, who committed a traffic accident in a stolen car. The man lost control, as a result of which the vehicle flew off the roadway into a ditch and caught fire.
During a conversation with the driver, police officers revealed signs of intoxication; however, the detainee refused to undergo a medical examination. At the same time, the suspect admitted his guilt and explained that he used someone else’s vehicle to purchase alcoholic beverages at a nearby grocery store.— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
During the verification activities, it was established that the attacker was repeatedly brought to both administrative and criminal liability.

According to the court decision, the attacker was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
