«Bouquet Surprise» at someone else's expense … In Sevastopol, romance was detained for the theft of flowers

The desire to make a gift to their beloved ladies and the lack of money pushed the local resident for a crime.
It was established that a 27-year-old man, passing by a flower store, wanted to make a pleasant surprise to his close ladies. He chose two bouquets for a total amount of more than four thousand rubles in the outlet, and for the design of the purchase he proposed to make a bank transfer through the bank’s mobile application. After the seller gave his consent, the man demonstrated a fake screenshot allegedly confirming the transfer of funds, and left the pavilion.
Having discovered the fact of non -receipt of payment, the store management turned to the police. As a result of operational-search measures, employees of the criminal investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Leninsky district established the identity of the suspect and detained him. The man confessed to his deed and said that he gave his mother and lover for a bouquet,-voiced the details of the incident in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.
In relation to the defendant, the inquiry department opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Fraud», he faces up to two years in prison.
