Branch of the FSCC FMBA of Russia in Crimea invites residents of Yalta for flu shots
KrymPRESS informs:
Specialists of the branch of the FSCC FMBA of Russia in Crimea remind Yalta residents of the need to get vaccinated against influenza.
Influenza is the infection that gives the greatest number of complications: on the lungs, heart, kidneys, sensory organs, etc. Getting sick with the flu disrupts family plans and hits the family budget (drugs for treatment, etc.). The most effective way is vaccination. Protection against influenza created with the help of vaccines is 2-5 times more effective than protection created with the help of anti-influenza drugs and folk remedies , experts say.
According to long-term observations, on average, out of 100 vaccinated 70-73 people will not get the flu. If, nevertheless, a vaccinated person becomes ill with the flu, then the disease will proceed in a mild form and without complications. Thus, vaccination guarantees protection against the disease of severe and complicated forms of influenza, ending in death.
- What flu vaccines are available in Yalta?

Each year, the vaccine differs in composition depending on the types of influenza forecast for that season. Influenza A and B viruses are the most common. But they are constantly mutating, so the composition of the vaccine must also change in order for it to remain effective. In the vaccine «Sovigripp» adjuvant «Sovidon» was used for the first time.
