Brother broke his brother's arm. Family conflict in Sevastopol

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Having intervened in a domestic conflict on behalf of his mother, the victim received bodily injuries from his angry brother.

It has been previously established that a 38-year-old local resident, who was previously convicted of threatening to kill, lives in the same apartment with his mother, abuses alcohol, was rude and used obscene language towards a relative while intoxicated. One day, his 36-year-old brother, who lives separately, came to visit him. Having witnessed another conflict between loved ones, he decided to stand up for his mother and expressed dissatisfaction with the behavior of his older brother, which angered him. The family brawler intended to strike his relative in the face, but he managed to cover himself in time with his hands. As a result of the blow, which hit the left hand, the man suffered a fracture, which was subsequently classified as causing moderate harm to health— reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.

The local police officer arrived at the scene and detained the suspect.

The investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky district opened a criminal case against the attacker under Part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health”, he faces up to three years in prison.
