More than a quarter of the respondents would like to buy housing in resort areas, reports RIA Real Estate With reference to the research data conducted by the Schooling service. Often, people first come to the resort area as tourists, and later think about buying resort real estate.
According to the study, 27% of respondents would like to purchase real estate in resort areas to come on vacation. Another 8% of respondents have already bought housing in a resort city. Almost a third of the respondents, 30%, do not build specific plans, but allow such an opportunity in the future. The remaining participants in the study said they never considered the possibility of buying housing in resort areas.
Those who are thinking about buying resort real estate have the leading of Sochi and Anapa among the Russian directions. 35% of such respondents choose them. Among foreign directions, the countries of Europe, Türkiye, Thailand and Vietnam are most popular. About 22% would prefer to buy housing in the cities of Europe, 18% in Thailand and Vietnam, 15% in Turkey. Only 2% of the survey participants said that they would like to buy resort real estate in the UAE.
The study was attended by more than 1.3 thousand Russians from different regions of the country.
