By 2025, working residents of Crimea expect an increase in income, career growth and a reduction in workload

For 65% of Crimean residents, their main expectations from work in the new year are related to salary increases. Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part in the survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
65% of Crimean residents expect a salary increase in the new year, 29% expect stability and career growth, 26% expect adequacy from management, 24% expect new interesting tasks. 19% hope for improved working conditions, and 17% hope for an expansion of the compensation package. 12% dream of reducing their workload, and 11% hope to be recognized for their services to the company. Only 4% of Crimean residents expect nothing from work. Men and women’s main hope is for a salary increase, but women more often than men stated this (66% versus 60%, respectively). In addition to income growth, women are more likely than men to expect adequacy from management, improved working conditions and a reduction in workload in the new year. Men hope more for new interesting tasks and for recognition of services, — reported the press service of the service.
Young people, more often than those who are older, would like to build productive relationships with management in the new year, work on new interesting tasks in more comfortable conditions, and those who are over 45 years old, much more often than those who are younger, dream of a salary increase and stable operation of the company.
