The business community in the city of Sudak, Republic of Crimea, volunteered to repair an emergency gym in the village of Solnechnaya Dolina, about which they had previously complained to Russian President Vladimir Putin. About it reported Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov.

In any case, the President’s order will be carried out. The decision has been made, we already have entrepreneurs who are building in Sudak, they are ready to renovate the hall there themselves, they won’t even need budget funds, — said Aksyonov. — We would have made the decision anyway, the design was done, we were looking for sources of financing, but, nevertheless, we talked now, local entrepreneurs say that they will do everything themselves.

Let us remind you, schoolchildren from the village of Solnechnaya Dolina asked the Head of State to help repair the emergency gym on December 14 during a direct line and press conference. According to the children, the building had not been renovated for more than 40 years; as a result, the floors in the gym were rotten and the walls were covered with mold. The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol organized an inspection. At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov said that the design of the renovation of the gym was planned for 2024, but there were no funds for the work itself in the regional budget. At the same time, the authorities of the Republic clarified that the building had not been used since Ukrainian times, and classes took place either on the street in warm weather or in the gym of a local school.
