Cadastral works are being carried out in relation to 24 cadastral quarters in Simferopol and the Simferopol region

Thus, to date, maps and plans of territories for all 24 cadastral quarters have been prepared. The full list can be found on the ministry’s website at special section.

It is worth noting that complex cadastral works are carried out in order to clarify the boundaries of land plots, to establish or clarify the location of buildings, structures, unfinished construction projects on land plots, as well as to correct registry errors in relation to real estate objects, — said Anatoly Zaichenko.

Owners of real estate can review the posted materials in electronic form and, if any discrepancies are found, submit an application to the Crimean Ministry of Property.

The first meeting of the conciliation commission on the issue of coordinating the location of the boundaries of land plots in relation to which complex cadastral works are being carried out on the territory of a cadastral quarter (several adjacent cadastral quarters) will be held at the address: Simferopol, Sevastopolskaya Street, 17.
