Cafe, bar, “nalivaya” — in a residential building? In Crimea, they decided to limit the time of sale of alcohol in such establishments

CrimeaPRESS reports:

At the next meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, deputies considered changes to the subject law on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in apartment buildings. One of the solutions is additional restrictions on sales time in public catering facilities located in apartment buildings and adjacent areas in Crimea.

In order to ensure guaranteed rights of citizens living in apartment buildings, it is advisable to establish a uniform time limit for the sale of alcoholic beverages in public catering establishments located in apartment buildings and (or) in adjacent areas throughout the Republic from 22:00 to 10:00. However, this restriction will not apply to the operation of such public catering facilities when selling other food products. Considering the numerous complaints from citizens that are addressed to the deputy corps, we believe that the establishment of such restrictions will help maintain a balance of interests of entrepreneurs and residents of apartment buildings and will relieve some of the social tension in society,” commented the head of the relevant parliamentary committee Oksana Dobrorez.
