Career Forum #TrudKrut took place in Crimea

On February 17, a Career Forum was held at the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University named after Fevzi Yakubov #LaborCool. The project manager is Nadezhda Golovkova, who won the grant competition of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs among individuals in 2023.

A career forum is an opportunity to meet the best experts in various fields, learn about the latest trends in the labor market, discuss current issues and receive valuable advice from professionals.

The event was attended by:

Anzhelika Ilyinichna Luchinkina – Doctor of Psychology, Professor, First Vice-Rector of the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University named after Fevzi Yakubov, member of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Crimea;

Asmolova Elena Nikolaevna – head of the department of science, secondary vocational and higher education of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea;

Zaikovskaya Alvina Pavlovna – head of the department of active support for the unemployed of the State Public Institution “Employment Center” in Simferopol.

Kaidansky Vladimir Vladimirovich – head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.

The Employment Service of the Republic of Crimea always pays special attention to promoting youth. We carry out many activities to work with different categories of the population. Schoolchildren come to us, we conduct career guidance lessons for them, help them choose a professional path and create a resume. We talk about the situation on the labor market and how to successfully pass an interview with employers. We invite everyone who wants to work in their free time and holiday period– said Alvina Zaikovskaya, head of the department of active support for the unemployed of the State Public Institution “Employment Center” in Simferopol.

As part of the forum, schoolchildren and students were able to take part in 2 blocks:

• The first is an educational block, it included lectures, master classes, games, discussions and meetings on two tracks: “WORK IS COOL | Junior», «WORK IS COOL | Student». The speakers gave lectures on the topics: “Is an SMM specialist a trend or a necessity?”, “Convince that you are the best”, “Youth entrepreneurship”, “Stress management: strategies and techniques for maintaining calm and productivity”, “What kind of job to find in summer?”, “Master class on creating a resume.”
• The second is the Career Factory block. A single space in which participants were able to go through the full career cycle from drawing up a resume to an interview, and the most successful ones received the opportunity to study, undergo an internship or offer a job in a large company in the Republic of Crimea. Each participant received useful career-building experience: determine interest in the professional field, gain the skill of drawing up a personal career plan, increase the level of professional competencies, and receive advice from leading top managers of companies in the Republic of Crimea.
