In the Krasnoperekopsk region, by order of the prosecutor’s office, the head of a contracting organization was fined 1.6 million rubles for violating the deadline for completing work on the repair of a medical outpatient clinic. As the republican prosecutor’s office clarified, the contracting organization did not complete the work required by the state contract to repair the building of a medical outpatient clinic in the village of Voinka in full and on time. The amount of unfulfilled obligations under the contract exceeded 63 million rubles.

In this regard, the prosecutor’s office opened an administrative case against the director of the legal entity. The court found the official guilty of committing an offense and imposed a fine of 1.6 million rubles.— reported the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea.
