Celebrating the Year of the Teacher and Mentor — Festival of Leader Skills of the Republic of Crimea

September 23-24, 2023 on the basis of the Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadsky will host an event that will bring inspiration and recognition of the importance of the leader profession — the Festival of Leader Skills of the Republic of Crimea 2023.

The festival is intended to become a platform where counselors and counselor teams of the Republic of Crimea will be able to share their ideas and enrich their experience, which contributes to the enrichment of professional skills. One of the most important aspects of the festival is to highlight the best practices of counselors in order to inspire both newcomers to the profession and experienced colleagues, allowing them to see how educational tasks can be approached creatively. The festival emphasizes the importance of the counselor profession, helping to disseminate the experience of counselors and increase the prestige of this responsible and important area of ​​educating the younger generation,” say the organizers.

At this festival, Crimean counselors will demonstrate their skills, abilities and experience accumulated while working in children’s camps. Each team and individual participants will present their signature designs, interactive exhibits and competitive videos that highlight their creativity and dedication.

Svetlana Hovsepyan, head of the pedagogical department, expressed her opinion:
