Center «Point of Support»: Dmitry Chernyshenko, Mikhail Razvozhaev and Metropolitan Tikhon met with Sevastopol youth

Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko, Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev and Metropolitan Simferopol and Crimean Tikhon (Shevkunov) on Russia Day met with youth in the New Chersonesos museum and guard complex.

The meeting took place in the youth center «Point of the support». Its participants were children from the governor’s school labor detachments and Russian student detachments, activists of the “first movements”, leaders of the volunteer movements of Sevastopol, participants in a special operation, representatives of the regional branch of the All -Russian public organization “Young Guard of United Russia”, and representatives of the club of young families of Sevastopol.

Dmitry Chernyshenko spoke in detail about the national project “Youth and Children”, which is now being implemented in Russia.

A whole national project was launched — this is also a precedent, in the world there is no such thing — “youth and children”. It has a large number of events — more than 160. And since you are active, the leaders of the youth movement, you must navigate in these events and understand how these events will work to strengthen those values ​​that are enshrined in the presidential decree,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Deputy Prime Minister.

So, within the framework of the national project, the competition «Region for young people» is held. A year ago, President Vladimir Putin opened 12 year -round youth educational centers. For example, in Sevastopol and Crimea, this is the Youth History and Cultural Center “Source” and the Academy of Creative Industry “Megan”.

It is here, in Sevastopol, that a special place of power for our country. You have an important place in our city — the “Point of Support”, where you can come to talk about everything in the world, discuss what worries you, find confirmation of your thoughts. This is a spiritual search, so important for young people. Experienced mentors will help you— emphasized the governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

During the open dialogue, it was possible to discuss new projects and ideas that the youth of Sevastopol now have, some of them are implemented on the basis of the Point Point Youth Center.

The space “Point of the support” was created for you, young guys, specially in order to defend and develop the main values: dream, joy, friendship, love, fun, creativity. We began to hold meetings here. But first of all, we expect proposals from you — how can we help you in intellectual and spiritual growth— said, turning to the youth, Vladyka Tikhon.
