According to the official, in 2022, 5 apartments were purchased for orphans under equity participation agreements in the White Sail residential complex under construction, and since the contractor promises to hand over the house ahead of schedule, the guys will celebrate the housewarming this year. “Another 7 apartments in residential complexes under construction will be transferred to the administration for subsequent provision to orphans as part of an investment agreement concluded with developers.
