Checkpoint «Chongar» does not work. How to get to Crimea and from the peninsula to the mainland

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Damage Chongarsky bridge temporarily closed the logistics route between Crimea and the Kherson region through the Chongar checkpoint. So far this is not a problem. There is the Crimean bridge, which is followed by cars and buses, there is a ferry crossing «Kerch — the port of the Caucasus» for trucks with essential goods. Say, this is not the road-road to the Kherson region. Well, there are alternative overland routes.

Due to damage to the roadway on the Chongarsky bridge, traffic flows have been temporarily redirected to the Armyansk and Perekop checkpoints. These checkpoints are operating normally.— reported in the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea.

Are you going to the Kherson region? It is necessary to go not through Dzhankoy, but through Armyansk. Trucks — through Perekop.

In the morning, regular buses that had previously moved through the Dzhankoy checkpoint were redirected to the Armyansk checkpoint.

Checkpoint

As noted in the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea, organized convoys of trucks moving along the new land route were sent to the Perekop checkpoint.

The movement of a column of heavy vehicles along the new land route «Dzhankoy — Melitopol — Mariupol — Taganrog» is carried out in the normal mode. At least 100 units of heavy vehicles departed from the Stolbovoy Dzhankoy district according to a new traffic pattern through the Perekop BCP. Hotline phone +79781992634— added in the Crimean Ministry of Transport.

Traffic routes from Dzhankoy: «Dzhankoy — Voinka — Krasnoperekopsk — Armyansk — Armyansk checkpoint»; «Dzhankoy — Voinka — Krasnoperekopsk — Armyansk — Perekop checkpoint.»
