Chersonese Tauride switches to autumn mode of operation

From September 1 to September 30, 2023, the Tauric Chersonese Museum-Reserve will work according to the following schedule:

• the territory of Tauric Chersonesos will be open from 9:00 to 20:00 (visitors are admitted until 19:30);
• cash desks at the Central and Western entrance groups will receive guests from 09:00 to 19:30;
• souvenir shops are open from 09:00 to 19:30;
• Toilets are open from 09:00 to 20:00.

It will be possible to visit the exposition and exhibition halls of the museum-reserve from 09:00 to 19:00.

They have the following schedule of sanitary days:

• in the Antique Exposition — the last Tuesday of each month and every Monday from 09:00 to 14:00;
• in the Byzantine exposition — the last Monday of each month and every Monday from 14:00 to 19:00.
• The day off in the halls of temporary exhibitions of the buildings of the Antique and Byzantine expositions is Monday.

For residents of Sevastopol, access to the territory of the museum-reserve is free (upon presentation of original documents confirming the presence of permanent or temporary registration in the hero city).
