Children's dance festival «Media Crimea» is expanding its geography and becoming truly massive

For the first time, there was a live broadcast from Crimea to an audience of 5 million people.

In May, the Evpatoria village of Zaozernoye hosted the first children’s dance festival «Media Crimea». Then, more than six hundred participants – young choreographic talents from all over the peninsula – gathered at the famous sports center “Evolution”. The “first pancake” was not lumpy. On the contrary, spectators, guests, participants, and fans were in for a bright, memorable action. It was noisy, fun, bright. The festival gave an atmosphere of sincere creativity, youth shows and positive energy. “Will there be a continuation?” — children and adults worried.

And it followed! And in the same year, 2024. The genre specificity of the festival turned out to be so in demand.

So, the end of September (and in fact – still a hot Crimean summer), Zaozernoye, “Evolution”, dance festival “MediaCrimea”. And… twice as many participants — over 1200 people. And not only from Crimea. The festival has expanded its geography.

Moreover, not only well-known artistic and dance groups and soloists came to Zaozernoye, but also beginning artists, guys still learning the basics of the art of choreography. Among the young talents there were also children with disabilities who came to the dance festival with one goal: to give their creativity, share their good mood, and adopt the best from carefully prepared numbers.

As the organizer of the MediaCrimea festival, a millionaire blogger and director, told media schools Alexandra Moldavchuk, the final of the dance battle was united by the traditional theme of love for her native Crimea.

And, although the performance of all the finalists, as last time, is united by one common theme, “I love Crimea,” this is a completely different, broader format. We don’t just conduct master classes, teach how to run social networks, but support those who are talented and ready to promote domestic brands and new meanings.

This is exactly what our President Vladimir Putin spoke about when announcing the new national project “Youth and Children” and pointing out that one of the main national goals is the realization of the potential of each person, the development of his talents, education of a patriotic and socially responsible personalitynoted Alexandra Moldavchuk.

There were definitely no losers at this celebration of creativity, activity, and grace. The winners were determined by a competent jury. Another “highlight” of the festival in Zaozerny is live video screenings on the Internet. The special guests of MediCrimea were 10 travel bloggers who broadcast the final to an audience of five million.

Beauty, movement, art, music, dance, emotions, prizes, gifts, unforgettable moments… These words only partially convey the atmosphere of the Media Crimea festival. Its participants hope for new meetings in Zaozerny and express sincere gratitude to the author of the idea, the organizer of the festival Alexandra Moldavchuk and the charity fund “Share and Smile” Igor Moldavchuk, which supported the event.
