Christmas in Tauride Chersonese. It will be interesting!

The main Christian winter holiday in Russia is Christmas. Traditionally, this day is associated with family values, warmth and faith in miracles. We invite you to celebrate the celebration in the cradle of Russian Orthodoxy and take part in the cultural and educational event of the museum-reserve!

A real Christmas fairy tale will come to life on January 7, 2024 on the Main Street of Tauride Chersonese. From 10:00 to 12:00, each guest will be able to explore the traditions of the holiday and immerse themselves in its atmosphere: make a gift with their own hands, take part in thematic master classes, visit a craft fair, listen to performances by creative groups of Sevastopol and sing carols. Children and adults will taste gingerbread and poppy seed rolls, and will also act out a nativity scene — a Nativity scene.
