Cities of Crimea — in the top of directions with a sharp increase in popularity for May holidays

Taste, as you know, change. Today, the tourist likes the southern directions for vacation, tomorrow the northern ones, and then generally the East or the West. The May holidays of this year were long and the total increase in the reservations of them compared to last year amounted to 13%. However, some directions for this period showed a really explosive increase in popularity. Which ones?

The Russian booking of hotels and apartments Twil.ru, comparing the data of 2024 and 2025, determined directions for relaxing on May holidays with explosive growth of popularity. In the first place was Zheleznovodsk, where the popularity of reservations during the May holidays increased by 800%. In second place is Barnaul in the Altai Territory, where growth was 700%, and in the third — Vologda, the popularity of which increased by 500%on May holidays.
