Classic wrestlers from Sevastopol won seven medals at the tournament in Ryazan

In Ryazan, at the Atron Arena, the All-Russian youth competition in Greco-Roman wrestling among boys under 18 years old, dedicated to the memory of Hero of the Russian Federation Roman Sokolov, was held, as well as the Open City Championship among youth born in 2009-2010.
Wrestlers from different regions of Russia took part in the competition (more than 300 athletes in total), including from Sevastopol. Sevastopol residents have 7 medals – 1 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronzenotes «Crimean sport».
In their age and weight categories, Alexander Karpekin became the winner, Ilya Cherednichenko and Miroslav Shcherbinin took silver, and Alexander Titov, Oleg Aliferov, Miron Guba and Artem Ponkrashov took bronze.
