Collapse at the Crimean waterfall Uchan-Su. During restoration work, visiting the waterfall is prohibited
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Due to heavy rainfall, a rock collapse occurred at the entrance of the Uchan-Su waterfall on the South Coast.
As reported in FSBI «Reserved Crimea»during restoration work the waterfall is closed to the public.
Today, employees of the Joint Directorate of Nature Reserves began eliminating the consequences of the bad weather. A particular difficulty was a “pebble” of a couple of tons that fell exactly on the path to the waterfall.
All other facilities of the Yalta Mountain and Forest Reserve are operating as before. You can also obtain permission to visit the reserve’s routes at the ticket office at the waterfall, or at the official website.
