Commissioning of housing in Sevastopol for January-June 2023 decreased by 35.8%

According to Rosstat, in January-June 2023, 226.3 thousand m2 of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 35.8%, or 126.1 thousand m2 less than in the same period in 2022.

In June 2023, 23.4 thousand m² of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is 49.4%, or 22.8 thousand m² less than in the same period in 2022. The lag behind the rate of housing commissioning in relation to the previous year is observed in Sevastopol for the fourth month in a row. Among the 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol ranks 68th in terms of housing commissioning in June 2023. In terms of the dynamics of the absolute increase in housing commissioning compared to the same month last year, the region took 78th place, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth, the region was in 81st place— portal experts note «Unified resource of developers».

In January-June 2023, in terms of housing commissioning, Sevastopol ranks 57th among 85 regions of the Russian Federation. According to the dynamics of the absolute increase in housing commissioning for the specified period, the region took 79th place, and in terms of the dynamics of relative growth — 81st place.
