Before the start of the new school year, Avito Rabota experts studied the average salary offers for teachers for the 2nd quarter of 2024 and found out how much employers from the regions offer teachers with up to three years of experience. In addition to the capital region and the Leningrad region, the absolute leader in terms of the average salary offered to teachers was the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. There, in the 2nd quarter of 2024, beginning specialists were offered 60,000-120,000 rubles per month for full employment.

In second place is the Sverdlovsk Region with an average salary offer for teachers of 50,000-110,000 rubles per month (+7%). The Republic of Tatarstan took third place on the list with an average salary offer for teachers of 46,000-100,000 rubles per month (+12%), — the service’s press service notes.

Fourth place in the list goes to Tyumen Oblast, where school teachers are offered an average of about 46,000-95,000 rubles (+4%) per month for full-time employment. The top five regions are rounded out by Krasnodar Krai, where the average salary range for teachers is 50,000-90,000 (+17%).

Moreover, in the 2nd quarter of 2024, employer demand for teachers grew the most in the Orenburg Region (+72%), the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (+49%) and the Perm Region (+37%).

A teacher is one of the most important professions that remains in demand on the labor market. Following the growth in demand for qualified personnel in conditions of shortage, salary offers for specialists are also growing. The level of income for teachers can vary significantly depending on the experience, specialty and place of work of the candidate: on the platform we see vacancies in which employers offer employees up to 200,000 rubles and more.
