Compensations: 77 thousand Crimeans received payments in the amount of 10 thousand rubles
CrimeaPRESS reports:
77 thousand Crimeans received payments in the amount of 10 thousand rubles related to the lack of electricity during the storm in November. A total of 801 million rubles have already been allocated for payments. In total, it is projected to allocate more than 3.5 billion rubles. Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya announced this as part of the press approach.
From December 1 to December 26, all residents of Crimea had the opportunity, within a month from the day the emergency was identified, to submit an application for a one-time payment or financial material assistance in connection with the loss of essential property. Until December 26 inclusive, social protection authorities received 561 thousand 600 applications. Today all these applications are being processed. To date, 331 thousand positive conclusions have been received“,” the Deputy Prime Minister noted, emphasizing that the largest number of affected citizens are in the Simferopol, Saki, Chernomorsky, Krasnogvardeysky districts and the city of Saki. — I appeal to all Crimeans who have submitted applications for the payment of one-time assistance or financial assistance, with a request to disturb the social security authorities to a lesser extent; they are busy 12 hours a day to process applications and enter such applications into the system. We have reformatted the work of social security, today we are helped by Employment Centers, Social Service Centers, and representatives of administrations who accept applications, additionally check documents, and make requests in order to facilitate the work of social security employees in entering information into the system for assigning payments. Unfortunately, when Crimeans submitted applications, they did not always correctly indicate their passport data, the data of their children, so additional queries have to be made, especially for those who changed their passports, or if children of fourteen years of age received passports, and parents indicated only a certificate for them about birth.
In addition, according to the Deputy Prime Minister, to date, applications from those citizens who have suffered damage to their homes and loss of essential property have been processed first.
There were 159 such households indicated by municipalities; 567 people lived in them and were recorded as victims. 459 citizens confirmed and received a positive conclusion. The remaining citizens who do not yet have actual proof of residence in these households have the opportunity to prove their actual residence in court. They will also have the right to receive a payment in the amount of 50 thousand rubles or 100 thousand rubles for the loss of essential property. 453 citizens have already received such payments. More than 30 million rubles have already been allocated and allocated for financial assistancesays Elena Romanovskaya.
