Competition “Crimea in my heart”: vacation packages for the best photos for the 10th anniversary of the Crimean Spring
On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia, a photo competition for photographers and amateurs, “Crimea in my heart,” was launched. The organizer of the photo competition, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, will award certificates for holidays in hotels in Crimea for the best photographs. We want Crimea to ring in the hearts of every Russian this spring. Patriotism and a sense of belonging to all the events that take place in our country are impossible without Crimea, without understanding its history and culture. Our competition is aimed at the widest audience of both participants and spectators. During the celebration of the Crimean Spring, we will show the best footage of the unique natural and cultural heritage of the peninsula– noted the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko.
Participants in the photo competition — professional and amateur photographers — are invited to use photographs to tell about their holiday or life in Crimea, their favorite places and attractions. Photos of yourself traveling around Crimea, people, friends, family members on vacation, reflecting vivid emotions and unforgettable moments, photographs of natural, cultural and historical attractions can be submitted to the competition.
The competition is held in two categories in two nominations. Experts will select four winners in the categories: professional and amateur photographs in the categories “Me and Crimea” and “From Crimea with Love.” The winner of the special nomination “People’s Choice” will also be determined through online voting.
The photographic works will be evaluated by a competition committee formed from representatives of the Crimean Ministry of Resorts, TASS, Russian Radio, the VK Mesta project, the Tavrida art cluster, as well as experts, art critics, chief editors of the media, professional photographers, bloggers. The competition committee will be headed by TASS General Director Andrey Kondrashov.
The collection of applications and photographs will last until March 1, 2024. Participation details, competition regulations and application are posted on Crimea tourism portal Travel Crimea.
