Competition “Russian organization of high social efficiency”. How Crimeans can take part

Crimean employers are invited to participate in the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Russian organization of high social efficiency”. In 2024, the competition will be held in 17 categories.

The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the competition is until May 1, 2024; applications (with a package of documents) for participation in the regional stage of the competition must be submitted in the electronic account of PIK “Monitoring”.

The purpose of the competition is to attract public attention to the importance of addressing social issues at the organizational level and to identify the best social projects that contribute to the creation of a positive social image.

Holding a competition is an opportunity for organizations to demonstrate active internal corporate policies, achievements in working with personnel, improving working conditions and safety, developing social partnerships, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and others.said the organizers.

The competition nominations are under special control: “For supporting employees with large families and their children in organizations of the production/non-production sphere” and “For the best conditions for workers with family responsibilities in organizations of the production/non-production sphere.”

The experience of the winners of these competition nominations at the federal level is planned to be included in the recommendations of the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations, and also reflected in the report to the President of the Russian Federation on the issue of employer support for workers with family responsibilities and workers with many children.
