Competitive selection continues to the project «Big Family Journey»

A hundred families who won the project “Big Family Journey” will go to the All -Russian Family Tourist Festival “More than the Journey” from Rosmolodyzh and the Movement of the First. Parents are increasingly going on campaigns with their children, this becomes a massive type of outdoor activities among young people. According to the study of the analytical center of NAFI and the Rosmolodezhi program “more than the journey”, 59% of young people went on family trips over the past year. In addition, 83% of youth surveyed consider traveling the most interesting tourism format. And this is true, because the general impressions and the general interesting thing is the best way to instill in children family values ​​and make the family a truly friendly, -quotes the press service of the head of the Rosmolodzhy Grigory Gurov.

Today, the Rosmolodzhi program “more than the journey”, which is implemented as part of the national project “Youth and Children”, is actively developing camping tourism among the young generation along with the movement of the former. More than 1 million people have already become participants in campaigns organized according to the “campaigns of the former” than the journey.

Family campaigns are not just outdoor activities, but also a unique opportunity to become stronger, more united and closer to each other, says Olesya Teterina, General Director of ANO “more than a journey”.

In the campaign, traditional family values ​​are especially pronounced: mutual assistance, care, respect for the elders and the transfer of experience to the younger. Participants will be able to try on the main camping roles that will come in handy not only on the journey, but also in everyday life. For example, in the role of a rescuer, people will learn how to provide first aid. Such events help not only to master new skills, but also strengthen families, educate love for the homeland and a sense of pride in it. I hope that the “Big Family Journey” project will be for 400 of its winners the first step to create a family tradition — to travel with a backpack behind your back! — notes Olesya Teterina.

During the festival in fascinating campaigns, the families will master marching roles, among which, in addition to the rescuer, the scouts are deputies of the eldest in the group who help in navigation on the route, monitor the timing, are responsible for the safety of the camp, researchers who prepare information about the terrain, objects of historical and natural heritage, the guardians of the camp, who monitor general equipment and supplies in the campaign, guardians of the campaign. The atmospheres responsible for the atmospheric evenings by the fire, congratulations of the birthday, the general spirit of the team, as well as the keepers of the impressions that take photos and video sections, record an interview with the participants. This is an occasion not only to spend time together, but also to become a real team, learn to be new, discover hidden abilities and form the traditions that will remain for years to come.

The program includes master classes on hiking tourism and pre-trials, meetings with travelers and mentors. Participants are waiting for the evening by the fire, songs for the guitar, an open -air cinema, excursions in the starry sky, team sports games, a tourist obstacle course, relay races, quests and concerts of favorite artists.

Participation in the «Big Family Travel» can be taken by families with children aged 7 to 17 years. To do this, you need to prepare a video forces on the topic “Our family trip in Russia”, think over a fascinating family route along the region of residence and arrange it in the form of a presentation, and then fill out and apply for participation for participation site. Applications will last on May 25 inclusive, the results will be summed up on June 2.

The winners of the competition will go to the festival according to the certificates of the program “More than the Journey” with the logistics, meals and accommodation in tents.
