Competitive selection for participation in the personnel program «Heroes of Crimea» took place 57 people

Since the beginning of registration launched in February of the current year, more than 900 applications have been submitted to participate in the program. Competitive selection passed 57 people.

Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that all participants in the special operation are real heroes who are not in the word, but in deed proved their love and devotion to the Motherland.

Each fighter who honestly fulfill his duty on the front line is worthy to influence the most important decisions that are made in the country and our republic. Our task is to help soldiers reveal their potential, provide them with all the necessary support. It is very important in the learning process to give children skills required for effective work. Not a general set of information and data, but the most useful, relevant and demanded knowledge, because most of the program participants will act in the future, I am sure that leading positions— said the head of Crimea.

The Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea Albert Kurshutov reported on the structure and content of the educational part of the Crimean Heroes of the Crimea.

In addition, the hero of the Russian Federation Anatoly Sysoev shared his experience in participating in the federal educational program “Heroes of Heroes”, and also transferred to Sergey Aksyonov the state flag of the Republic of Crimea, which visited the North Pole. 31 hero of Russia signed on the canvas.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya, head of the branch of the State Fund of the Fatherland in the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Tregub, head of the ANO “Committee of the Warrior of the Fatherland of the Fatherland of the Republic of Crimea” Olga Dorokhina, Atamant of the Black Sea Cossack Army Anton Sirotkin, others.

Separately, Sergey Aksyonov met with the heroes of Russia Anton Starostin and Anatoly Sysoev, where the current issues of their professional activities, priority areas, and tasks for the future were discussed.

So, Anton Starostin, after a successful training within the framework of the Heroes Time program and the internship in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, works as deputy chairman of the State Committee of Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea. Anatoly Sysoev, in turn, continues to study and internship as deputy minister of construction and architecture of the Republic of Crimea.

REFERENCE. The regional personnel program “Heroes of Crimea” is an analogue of the federal program “Heroes Time”, which is implemented on behalf of President Vladimir Putin. The project is aimed at preparing highly qualified competent managers from among the participants in a special military operation to work in authorities, institutions, organizations and enterprises of the Republic of Crimea.
