Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Anna Anyukhina recalled the carrying out of complex cadastral works on the territory of Simferopol and the Simferopol region. The activities are carried out in accordance with the order of the Head of the Republic of Crimea dated March 13, 2023 No. 321-rg “On approval of the List of cadastral neighborhoods within the boundaries of which it is planned to carry out complex cadastral work on the territory of the Republic of Crimea in 2024.”
In the period from April 8, 2024 to December 15, 2024, comprehensive cadastral work will be carried out in relation to real estate located in the urban district of Simferopol and the Simferopol region, namely: Ukromnovsky, Mazansky, Mirnovsky, Trudovsky and Chistensky rural settlements.
The result of their implementation is a plan map, which contains all the necessary information used for cadastral registration: data on land plots, unfinished construction projects, structures, buildings located within the boundaries of the territory of cadastral work,” explained the Deputy Prime Minister.
Coordination of the location of the boundaries of land plots when performing complex cadastral work is carried out by a conciliation commission formed by the local government body of a municipal district, urban district or settlement. Meetings of conciliation commissions to agree on the location of the boundaries of land plots when performing complex cadastral works on the territory of the above municipalities are planned from June to October 2024.
