For the first time, comprehensive cadastral work is being carried out on the territory of the Republic of Crimea. This year, this procedure will cover three cadastral districts of Simferopol. This was reported by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Anna Anyukhina.
Comprehensive cadastral work will begin with areas located in the western part of the city — Svoboda, part of the Kamensky massif, and the Zagorodny microdistrict.
Let me remind you that complex cadastral work is work carried out at the expense of the budget to establish the boundaries of land plots, buildings and structures in a certain territorynoted the Deputy Prime Minister.
According to her, the result of complex cadastral work is the entry into the Unified State Register of Real Estate of accurate information about the location of the boundaries of land plots, buildings, structures, and unfinished construction projects.
The introduced clarifications and detailing of the data will lead to an increase in the level of legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of copyright holders, the elimination of cadastral errors made when determining the location of the boundaries of real estate, and a reduction in the number of land disputes.
