Comprehensive cadastral work will be carried out in Crimea for the first time
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea, Larisa Kulinich, announced that the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea plans to carry out comprehensive cadastral works for 2024.
The work will begin with several cadastral blocks in the urban district of Simferopol. Complex cadastral work is work that is carried out simultaneously in relation to all land plots located in the territory of one cadastral quarter or several adjacent cadastral quarters.
Such measures are carried out to clarify the location of the boundaries of land plots, to establish or clarify the location of buildings, structures, and unfinished construction objects on land plots.
Among other things, KKR are necessary for the correct allocation of land plots on which buildings are located, including apartment buildings (with the exception of structures that are linear objects, public land plots occupied by squares, streets, driveways, embankments, squares, boulevards, water bodies , beaches and other objects). Also, comprehensive cadastral work should be carried out to correct registry errors in information about the location of the boundaries of real estate objects,” explained Larisa Kulinich.
Carrying out complex cadastral work is regulated by Chapter 4.1. Federal Law of July 24, 2007 No. 221-FZ “About cadastral activities«, which came into force on January 1, 2015.
Funds for carrying out these works came from the federal budget in the form of a subsidy.
