The conflict between the men ended in criminal liability and a visit to a medical facility.
It was established that the victim, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, entered into a verbal conflict with two unfamiliar men. During a quarrel on the basis of a sudden personal hostile relationship, one of them struck several blows in the face of his opponent. The resulting injuries forced the 36-year-old victim to go to a medical facility. A forensic medical examination determined harm to health of moderate severity , the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol reported.
The district police officer of the Severnoye Police Department detained the suspect.
A criminal case was initiated against the detainee under Part 1 of Art. of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm», he faces up to three years in prison.
