Christ is Risen!
Dear Sevastopol residents! I congratulate you on the bright holiday of Christ’s Resurrection!
By his earthly life, Jesus Christ showed the highest qualities of virtue: by sacrificing his life for the salvation of mankind, he opened the way to immortality for each of us.
Easter is the victory of life over death. A celebration of kindness and humanity. These days we greet each other: “Christ is Risen!” and we hear in response: “Truly He is risen!”
The Orthodox faith brings hope and healing in difficult times. We pray for the warriors who are doing their duty to protect the Russian people, for peace in every family, for all Orthodox people in Ukraine who are being persecuted by Satanists.
We will overcome difficulties if we remain true to our faith and traditions. If everyone in his place will sincerely and wholeheartedly approach his duties, he will be a little more attentive to his loved ones, more generous to those in need. Let’s stay ourselves. Our faith is stronger than any circumstances!
